CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER -You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of ordering.
Personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary reasons
RETURNS - Due to every piece being handmade, we can only offer store credit for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and all included materials received from Aja Jewelry be included. Once initiated your return needs to be shipped within 2 weeks.
EXCHANGE POLICY - Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping cost. Once initiated your return needs to be shipped within 2 weeks.

REPAIRS - I understand that accidents happen! Complimentary repairs will be honored within 30 days of receiving your order (you will be responsible for shipping cost). Please attach photos of your jewelry that needs to be repaired. Once past 30 days, there will be a $10 repair fee.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES - Aja Jewelry is not liable or responsible for lost, damaged, and stolen packages. Please contact your local post office in your country immediately. If your package goes missing, we will contact our shipping carrier to track the delivery information, but we cannot be held responsible if an order shows confirmed delivery to the correct address. If your order is qualified for a refund, shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
