RETURNS + EXCHANGES + REPAIRS
CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER -You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of ordering.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES - We currently do not offer returns but do offer exchanges or shop credit. Contact us right away if you are not satisfied with your order and I will work with you to come up with a solution, I want you to absolutely LOVE your jewelry.
EXCHANGE POLICY - Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
REPAIRS - I understand that accidents happen! Complimentary repairs will be honored within 30 days of receiving your order (you will be responsible for shipping cost). Please attach photos of your jewelry that needs to be repaired.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES - We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing, we will contact our shipping carrier to track the delivery information, but we cannot be held responsible if an order shows confirmed delivery to the correct address.
